Big Billyman still has reason to rock

· A huge hit single, an instant following, constant radio play and three thousand sold cds in three weeks is a lot for a young talent to digest.

That's one of the reasons why Billy's skyrocket to mainstream success, which was fueled by his smash single "The Festival," hasn't convinced the Southern Florida, MA & Cali of anything but the fact that he's still got a lot of evolving to do.

Catching up with Billy proved to be an educational experience.

Not only he's busy building on The Festival by tightening up tracks off his latest album, Every Man For Himself, but he's polishing his live act for a tour with other Konpa and Raga Kreyol  Artists.

And even though he's still young, he's already learned enough about the music industry to know that it's best to just keep your head down and do what you do best: write and play music.

"I think all (my) growth in depth and spirit, it's all just because I'm older, honestly," Billy said. "I've traveled the world a boatload of times. And even if I hadn't, anybody going from age 14, which is how old I was when I got started, to my age now, you just change as a person.
